Rodeo Holdings is a private equity real estate firm based out of Washington and Colorado.  The founders of the firm have a combined 20 years of professional commercial real estate experience.   The investment group has goals of reaching a portfolio value of $100MM in assets located throughout the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions of the United States. Otherwise known as the “Rodeo Region”. The partnership looks to invest in value-add real estate opportunities in cities with strong economics.
